  2. Sign-up with your mobile number, email ID or Facebook/Google
  3. Enter the OTP received on your entered mobile number or email ID
  4. Proceed to pay the membership fee of Rs.999 only
  5. Complete the transaction and enjoy your BizPrime membership!

Can I gift a BizPrime membership?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is activate the BizPrime membership on the number of someone you’d like to gift the membership and you are good to go! To purchase the BizPrime membership, refer to ‘How can I become a member’ above.

How do I renew my BizPrime membership?

To renew your BizPrime membership – you will be informed via SMS/Email when your subscription is about to end. Click on the link in the email to renew your BizPrime subscription and continue saving Rs.99,999+ annually. In case you are facing trouble in renewing your account, please reach out to us on bizprime@bigcity.in or 080 4055 4876.

How can I opt-out of auto-renewal?

BizPrime’s auto-renewal feature lets you to have uninterrupted access to all the benefits and privileges of BizPrime through years. In case you want to disable auto-renewal on your membership, please visit the My Profile

I want to cancel my subscription. Will I get a refund?

This is a non-refundable membership. Which means that whenever you decide to go, you will not be refunded any money you had paid against the membership.

How do I purchase BizPrime with an offer code?

To avail BizPrime membership with an offer code:

  1. Visit bizprime.in
  2. Sign-up with your mobile number, email ID or Facebook/Google
  3. Enter the OTP received on your entered mobile number or email ID
  4. On the payments page, Click on ‘Apply your Offer Code’
  5. Enter the offer code and proceed to pay the balance amount (if any)
  6. Complete the transaction and enjoy your BizPrime membership!
