Terms & Conditions

1. This is a promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by Audible Singapore Private Limited (“Audible”), and made available to the customer who are members of BizPrime.
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by availing the membership of Audible (“Audible Terms”). To the extent the Audible Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Audible shall have the right to revoke the Offer at any time without any prior written notice in this regard.
3. You may only avail this Offer if you: (a) are located in India; and (b) are 18 years or above. It is clarified that this Offer is available only for the first time customers of Audible, and the customers who previously subscribed to Audible membership or presently have a valid subscription with Audible, will not be eligible for the Offer.
4. This Offer will be available from November 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (“Offer Period”).
5. To be eligible to avail this Offer, you must, during the Offer Period:

1. be a member of BizPrime at time of Audible membership sign-up;
2. sign-up for the trial membership offered by Audible using the link (“Promo Link”) provided to you by the Brand via its mobile application or website
   6. Each such customer who fulfills the above criteria mentioned in Section 5 above (each an “Eligible Customer”) will be entitled to receive 2 (two) additional credits, at no extra cost, from Audible as part of their Audible subscription at the time of the sign-up for the trial membership (“Benefit”).
   7. The benefit may be used by the Eligible Customer to purchase any 2 (two) audio books of their choice. The redemption, validity and use of the credits will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions determined by Audible.
   8. The Benefit under this Offer will be credited in the Audible account of the Eligible Customer at the time the customer signs up for the Audible trail membership, subject to fulfillment of all the steps mentioned in Section 5 above.
   9. An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer only once.
   10. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.
   11. All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Product and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.
   12. Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.
   13. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
   14. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.
   15. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms and expressly agree that: (a) Audible will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; and (b) Audible will not mediate any disputes or differences between you/ Eligible Customer and the Brand in relation to this Offer.
   16. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
