10. Customers can download the soft copy of product/license key from Quick Heal web site at discounted rate.
11. It is not possible for Quick Heal to deliver the hard copies (in box form) to customer.
12. After expiry of the product, it will work as free version with limited functionalities. Customer will have option to renew the product.
